Rarely do social entrepreneurs launch new charities with much success, but R Community Bikes happens to fulfill a need by bringing together volunteers with a specialized skill, some money for spare parts, and a never ending supply of frames and broken bikes. The end of gasoline certainly helps too. Here's their story.
